Child Protection & Visitor Engagement Policy

Preserving Dignity, Privacy, and Psychological Well-beingAt our facility, our primary commitment is to foster a safe, dignified, and emotionally nurturing environment where children can grow into self-reliant and confident individuals. To ensure their long-term psychological health and protect their privacy, we require all visitors, donors, and well-wishers to strictly adhere to the following guidelines. 1. Photography, Videography & Social MediaStrict No-Media Policy: Photography, video recording, and audio recording of children are strictly prohibited during any visit.Social Media Privacy: No images, video clips, names, or personal stories of the children may be posted on personal, corporate, or public social media platforms.Protecting Dignity: Children are not subjects for promotional material or sympathy campaigns. Their personal space and emotional states are kept completely private .2. Interaction & Personal BoundariesCentralized Coordination: All visits must be pre-arranged with management. Unscheduled walkthroughs or drop-ins into living or learning areas are not permitted.Maintaining Healthy Boundaries: While we value goodwill, visitors are requested to refrain from overwhelming physical affection or establishing short-term emotional bonds with individual children.Respecting Personal Histories: Visitors must not ask children personal questions regarding their background, family history, or personal circumstances. 3. Gifts, Meals & Food DistributionCentralized Receiving: All meals, gifts, toys, and educational materials must be handed directly to the administration at the reception area.No Direct Handouts: Visitors are not permitted to distribute food or gifts directly to individual children.Promoting Equality and Independence: All contributions are integrated into the children's normal daily routine by their regular caregivers. This approach prevents feelings of dependency, avoids creating a "charity mindset," and ensures equal distribution among all children. 4. Statement of IntentWe deeply appreciate the kindness and support of our community. These rules are not intended to discourage your support, but rather to ensure that every child raised under our care develops strong self-esteem, dignity, and independence without feeling exposed or dependent on external charity.
